All prices are in US dollars and are shipped from Del Mar, California.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments, PayPal and ApplePay.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If you would like to place a piece on layaway, contact us to discuss our layaway terms at (858) 461-1554 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We are able to deliver to PO Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
For items ready to ship at the time of purchase, please allow up to five business days to receive them. We use USPS for all orders within the United States. If the item needs to be resized or a special finish has been requested, please allow up to three weeks for your delivery – two weeks for labor and one week for shipping.
We make all efforts to get your packaged delivered as soon as possible. However for items that are needed urgently, please contact us to arrange a possible early arrival.
If you would prefer to collect your purchase directly from our Del Mar gallery please contact us before processing your order to ensure we have it in-store and ready for you to collect.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified, via email, with a tracking number.
All pieces are packed securely in our Made In Earth gift boxes. Each piece comes with a complimentary silver polishing cloth, an information card about the stone and a carry bag. Items can be gift wrapped on request, please let us know in the check out notes.
Lost or Damaged Items
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
- The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
- The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
- The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
- The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
- The item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
