FAQ
Firstly fill out the Bespoke Form to tell us about your vision and add any images you have. Then we'll contact you to arrange a time to talk about your design, vision and budget in more detail. This consultation can happen over the phone or in person and we'll discuss the specifics of your design and a timeframe. Once we have had the initial vision/consultation we will request a deposit as per the complexity of your design.
Our designer will then merge all the information provided to come up with design that fits your vision. With 20 years of knowledge and expertise we'll ensure that your dream piece stays within budget while still creating the piece that you desire. At this stage, you will receive a quote. Should you decide to move forward with us, we will request a 20% deposit.
Our specialised team will create your bespoke piece taking into consideration any specific time frames required. In this process we will try and keep you in the loop as the production process progresses with images.
